Now Hiring - Sales Associate Position in Garden City Park, NY

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced sales representative to join our apparel showroom team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, specifically in the apparel industry, and a proven track record of generating leads and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Understand and communicate the unique features and benefits of our products to potential clients
• Conduct in-person and virtual product presentations to showcase our apparel lines
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients
• Follow up on leads and close sales to meet and exceed sales targets
• Attend trade shows and other industry events to represent our brand and expand our client base
• Collaborate with other members of the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and branding
• Continuously learn about the latest trends and developments in the apparel industry to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience in the apparel industry
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Willingness to travel for in-person meetings and events.
